Hello again world! We're pleased to announce our Halloween season group show, DIRTY ALLEYS DIRTY MINDS, opening this Saturday, October 15th 2022. Featuring work that is Outsidery, Folky, and Creepy by just over 30 very talented artists. The Show will run through Oct 31st, and then may be extended to mid November.

To celebrate the best time of year, we've also dropped a super limited JJ VILLARD x SUPERCHIEF T-shirt, PARANOIA WILL DESTROY YA. This graphic was originally a painting in FUCKTOBER, the Halloween group show we used to do every year with JJ Villard, Neckface, Prettypuke, Johnny Ryan, and other great artists. We couldn't do one this year so we decided to make some merch together instead!

SUPERCHIEF GALLERY 10-YEAR ANNIVERSARY
We celebrated a decade since our inception as Superchief Gallery.. way back on Jackson St. in Williamsburg, Brooklyn in 2012. Over that 10 years we've done a lot of things in a lot of places. Perhaps most notably, our 60+ exhibition history here in Los Angeles since we arrived in DTLA in 2014.
For the exhibition we put on the largest show we could manage in our new space, with 100 artists, familiar faces and new recruits, for probably the most monumental group exhibition LA is going to see outside of a museum. Many thanks to our friends and fam who've been there for us over the years, and all the artists and buyers who participated in the show.


CONTAGIOUS CULTURE - DOCUMENTARY NOW LIVE!
We just released a 30 minute documentary about our pandemic-era photo show with 100 photographers, Fuck the Likes Vol 2: Contagious Culture. Looking back at the post-pandemic era world as captured by professional and amateur photographers alike. The doc features rare interviews, footage and photos from many of the artists in the show. We would greatly appreciate if you could share the doc and get it in front of people, we worked very hard on it!

The 200-page limited edition book from the show is available for $40 on our website.
SUPERCHIEF GALLERY NFT 
In addition to our 10 year legacy as a gallery, we also managed to grab the title of "World's First NFT Art Gallery" just over a year ago.  In that time, Superchief Gallery NFT has grown a lot, and taken us all over the world.
