About the artist:

Juri Umagami started painting at the Usukubo Yuji Art Atelier in Tochigi, Japan when she was eight years old. In 2009, she moved to Los Angeles, CA to pursue her goal to be an artist and art instructor. She currently teaches several classes at Kline Academy of Fine Art in Los Angeles, CA and works on some commissions. She received her B.F.A. from Otis College of Art and Design in the Fine Arts Program in May, 2017.
