About the artist:

David Buckingham spent 25 years writing TV commercials for the advertising industry before finding his true calling as a metal sculptor in Los Angeles. Now, when he's not putting the word "KOOK" on telephone poles across L.A. late at night, he spends his days in a dirty DTLA welding studio making artwork from scrap metal sourced from the California deserts. All colors in Buckingham's work are original as found because Buckingham wouldn't know what to do with a paintbrush. The end.
