About the artist:

I am a designer and artist currently working in Los Angeles. In my practice, I use an unconventional woodworking process that uses cut block segments that accumulate into spiraling and curling shapes and forms. The process itself is an exercise of infinite play- a live 3D sketch of rearranging, adding and removing wood segments until a final form is intuitively decided. Through my process I explore themes of creative improvisation, and the beauty of small trajectories.
